Policy and Terms & Conditions
Engagement of M2 Massage Pte. Ltd services constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Entitlement
- Customer are entitle to unlimited
Time Extensions
Where the need or want arises for therapists to continue beyond the booked time, subject to availability, they will do so provided authorization has been granted. The minimum time extension is 30 minutes.
Appointment delay
In any event that the Customer requesting to delay an appointment that take place lesser than 2 hours before the appointment time, the Customer will agree to bear charges on the actual time booked or the Customer will agree to bare additional charges accordingly to the waiting period. The Customer must make full payment within 24 hours of penalty. Failure to do so, the Customer will be placed under our hold list until payment is completed.
Cancellation / Change appointment
For change of appointment time and/or date or appointment cancelled that take place lesser than 6 hours before the appointment time, the Customer will be charged 20% (Premium Session) of the price of the treatment(s) booked. The Customer must make full payment within 24 hours of penalty. Failure to do so, the Customer will be placed under our hold list until payment is completed.
